Sold a mixed berry shake to repeat customer and gave her sample protein bars and herbal tea to try. Once they try it, it sells itself!

Orange Cream Shake

One of my favorite shake recepes is the Orange Cream Formula 1, mixed with Vanilla Soy Milk, Aloe Powder, Personalized Protein Powder, and 2 ice cubes. The soy milk has twice the calcium of regular milk, the aloe powder helps with heartburn or stomach woes, and the protein powder adds a punch of extra protein to the shake mix. The Orange Cream flavor is here just for the summer so stock up now!

I had my shake this morning and now I am ready to take on the day!

Tuesday, quick update...

My sister has noticed my recent weight loss using GST, so she has started on the Fast program with added NRG. She wants to feel better and have more energy too!

Healthy shakes for summer

Hello! We all love our Herbalife shakes so I thought I would share a summer recipe. Peaches are in season now so the next time you are making your Formula 1 French Vanilla shake, add 3 or 4 ice cubes and a peeled and sliced peach to it and blend. So yummy!

Digestive Health, Aloe

Hello! I think  the most important part of  ones overall health is the digestive tract and how well it is working. If there is inflamation or sluggishness the foods and supplements we take cannot be absorbed properly. Toxins can build up and create a feeling of  tiredness, make one suseptical to colds, and even make skin break out! Ever since I started adding 1 tiny scoop of Aloe powder from Herbalife to my morning Formula 1 shake, I can tell a big difference in how I feel overall. I have made Aloe powder a part of my daily routine, I can't reccommend it enough!  Bye for now!

Saved by Protein Snack Bars!

One of the hardest things about trying to loose weight, is staying on track all day only to fall off towards the end of the day. With the peanutbutter protein bars, or the chocolate peanutbutter coconut bars, I have on hand what I need to fight back! Thanks Herbalife for covering all the bases!

Herbalife, Cookies and Cream, Shake

When I saw the choices for all the shakes,Cookies and Cream jumped out at me! I have been having two shakes a day for the last three weeks and being able to blend a shake that tastes this good is awesome! Losing 12 pounds is even better! I think next I will try the Cafe Latte.  MMM!
